Thomas Henry Scott was the son of James Scott and Isabella Stevens.

Thomas was born on Friday 7 September 1860 in Mesty Croft, Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

Thomas married Mary Jane Harris on Wednesday 27 December 1882 in St Matthew's Church, Walsall, Staffordshire.
The witnesses at the marriage were Henry Harris (Mary Jane's father) and Matilda Moore.
Thomas was 22 years old and Mary was 20 years old when they married.

He had the following children from his marriage to Mary Jane Harris:

- Horace Scott	born on 10 February 1885 in Walsall, Staffordshire.
- Harry Wesley Austin Scott	born on 4 February 1890 in Walsall, Staffordshire.
- William H. Scott	born on 26 December 1892 in Walsall, Staffordshire.
- Ethel May Scott	born on 23 December 1893 in Walsall, Staffordshire.

Thomas was a Gas Tube Fitter and Engine Fitter.

Details of Thomas's death are not known.
