Muriel Medina Thomas was the daughter of Walter Thomas and Medina Hopkinson.

Muriel was born on Saturday 14 September 1901 in a house in Liverpool Silver and Copper Companys Yard, Widnes, Lancashire.

Muriel died when she was 4 years old, on Saturday 26 May 1906.  

She was buried in 1906 in Widnes, Lancashire.

Her gravestone (see 'Pictures' link above) had the following inscription:

Died Sep. 12th 1937, aged 65 years
