Charlotte Spittle was the daughter of Jabez Spittle and Ann Kendrick.

Charlotte was born around 1827.

She was christened on Sunday 18 February 1827 at St Bartholomew's Church, Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

Charlotte married Thomas Bayley on Tuesday 19 April 1853 in Aston, Warwickshire.

She had the following children from her marriage to Thomas Bayley:

- Frederick Bayley	born around 1853 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.
- Emma Bayley	born around 1857 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

Details of Charlotte's death are not known.
