Mary Clement was the daughter of John Clement and Mary Thomas.

Mary was born on Wednesday 12 August 1829 in Copperworks, Llanelly, Carmarthenshire, Wales.

She was christened on Sunday 18 October 1829 at Capel Als, Llanelly, Carmarthenshire, Wales.

Mary married David Morgan on Tuesday 13 March 1849 in St Paul's Church, Liverpool, Lancashire.
The witnesses at the marriage were Charles Graham and Ellen Jones.

Mary's second marriage was to John Newby on Friday 12 May 1865 in the Parish Church, Llandilofawr, Carmarthenshire, Wales.
The witnesses at the marriage were John Howells and David Gwillim [looks like Guillim on the marriage certificate].

Her age on the death certificate was stated to be 52.
