William Chew was the son of James Chew and Elizabeth Barnfather.

William was born on Thursday 29 May 1823.

He was christened on Sunday 6 July 1823 at Gisburn, Yorkshire.

William died when he was 1 year old, in 1824 in Colne, Lancashire.  

He was buried on Sunday 22 August 1824 in St Marys Church, Gisburn, Yorkshire.
