Millicent Frankland was the daughter of John Frankland and Margaret Embley.

Millicent was born on Sunday 21 October 1798 in Bradford, Yorkshire.

Millicent married Henry Turner on Sunday 22 January 1837 in Slaidburn, Yorkshire.
