Richard Bleazard was the son of Isaac Bleazard and Jane Balshaw.

Richard was born on Saturday 12 November 1774 in Bolton by Bowland, Yorkshire.

Richard married Isabel Green on Thursday 21 August 1800 in Giggleswick, Yorkshire.
