Frank Bleazard was the son of Arthur Bleazard and Clara Tattershall.

Frank was born on Wednesday 20 September 1905 in Hunters Oak, Ightenhill, Burnley, Lancashire.

Frank married Evelyn Stephenson on Saturday 25 March 1933.

He had the following children from his marriage to Evelyn Stephenson:

- Joyce Bleazard	born in 1941 (date suppressed) in Blackpool, Lancashire.

Details of Frank's occupation are not known.
